★★★★★“i like quite a lot of things here. the internet was superb, very strong signal, make everything easier for my stay. i like that i can use just phone to unlock doors, it was easier that way to not lose keys or cards. the noise was not a problem at all, the room was quite and i never hear any noise from outside. it was nice that i can contact the staff anywhere and anytime in my phone. the response was nice and fast, even though i did't use your primary platform. the floor plan was a bit complex and have a lot of stairs but the corridor was nice in all smell, air cooling and new. the room was nice. i love that room provide big refrigerator, i never saw any bigger in any hotel room. love that room also provide all i need for the stay like microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils. the bed and pillows were soft. i slept so well every night i stay here. i like that you provide washer even though i never use it but it looks nice and clean. i would love to thanks your staffs. they were incredible, they help me a lot during my stay.”
